Conference for Food Protection 2018 Sponsorships

The Conference for Food Protection is a diversified and growing non-profit organization. Sponsorships are the lifeblood of CFP that help sustain activities during and between Biennial Meetings. Your support of CFP and its Food Safety mission is greatly appreciated.

Sponsors may pay biennially in one single payment or annually in two equal payments.

The 2018 Conference is expected to attract over 475 individuals. By showing your support for the Conference and becoming a sponsor you will receive:

1. Prominent listing in the Program Book,

2. Signs indicating your participation as a Sponsor,

3. Ribbons for all your personnel attending the Conference, and

4. Visibility - attendees will notice your participation again and again.

5. Reduced Workshop registration @ $100 for complimentary registrants at the Titanium, Gold and Silver levels.

Available sponsorship levels are:

Titanium $5000 or more (Includes 3 Complimentary Registrations)

Gold $3000 - $4,999 (Includes 2 Complimentary Registrations)

Silver $2000 - $2,999 (Includes 1 Complimentary Registration)

Bronze $1000 - $1,999 (Receive the first four listed above)

SPONSORSHIP PAYMENT DETAILS

To submit your sponsorship payment, you may pay by credit card or check. Additional fees apply when paying by credit card and these fees are absorbed by the CFP, therefore we PLEASE ask that you pay by check.

If you are paying by check for sponsorship in two annual payments, your second payment will be invoiced and must be received by March 1, 2018. If a credit card is used you can make one or two payments online.

NOTE: Complimentary Conference registrations will not be activated until the full sponsorship payment has been received. A complimentary registration "discount code" will be sent to the person you designate as the primary contact. Please Note: If another person is registering online for the attendee, they must use the attendee's contact information.
